Some of the projects that our personnel have been involved with in the past include:
Process Package Design Reviews
Process review of P&IDs and associated line lists, for the purposes of pressure piping registration. In the past, Eastern Slopes has acted as the preliminary review of said packages in order to streamline the process, and provide a quick efficient turnaround of the drawings for stamping.
Cliental that we have provided services for as a sub-contractor include NWP Industries, Aspire Energy, and Enlyn Process Systems.
PTMAA
With in-house drafting and engineering capability Eastern Slopes is able to provide stamped drawings for tank installations that fall under the PTMAA regulatory body.
Previous projects have included local businesses such as Spongberg and Eldorado, as well as a larger client, NALCO Champion.
Safety Critical Element Review
A specific project for ConcoPhillips that entailed complete review of process P&IDs and Shutdown keys of multiple facilities to identify devices that were considered safety critical. Data was gathered on all devices and provided to the client in a specific format for integration into an existing database.
Due to the number of facilites that were reviewed, this was a mulit-year project, completed successfully with the use of subcontractors such as Eastern Slopes.
Management of Change
Personal experience in MOC Co-ordination by Lisa Klassen allows Eastern Slopes to offer the capability of providing both the engineering review and approval, as well as management of the MOC process for cliental. Should the client not have a formalized template, Eastern Slopes can provide an individualized form that meets their requirements.
